Hi, I’m Maria!

I’m a director who makes movies that are a mix of funny and heartbreaking, and commercials that tell a story in under a minute.

My work’s been lucky enough to screen at festivals like TIFF’s Top Ten and Austin Film Festival, and I was fortunate to co-direct a feature with Warner Bros back in my film school days at USC in LA.

I love telling stories that feel personal – about the friends, family, and everyday moments that make life a lot more wonderful.
